Dr. Molly Holman is an intellectual property and legal advisor for Moore Venture Partners.

Molly combines her deep scientific and legal background, strategic and analytical abilities, and academic and industry experience to benefit clients in highly regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, technology, and construction services), from R&D and early product development through commercialization, in areas that include intellectual property and exclusivity, compliance, R&D/clinical, regulatory, and transactional relationships.

Molly has been providing her insight to Moore Venture Partners for over 10 years. Her industry experience includes executive roles at Metabasis Therapeutics and Amylin Pharmaceuticals, and over 10 years consulting for diverse clients from small startups to Fortune 500 companies, largely in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetics industries. Prior to that, she practiced intellectual property law at Christie Parker & Hale and Fish & Richardson, after an academic career at Harvard Medical School and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Molly received her law degree from the University of California School of Law and a PhD in physiology from the University of California at Irvine.
